The game of doing or being "enough" is a tricksy one. Does such a thing exist? I think probably not, so when I catch myself measuring my life that way I try to shift-- what I'm doing may not be "enough" but is it in integrity? Is it wholehearted? Is it a great expression of my love?

Thank you, Jess, I love what you're sharing here. I'd love to host you in Aotearoa New Zealand, but that might be a bit far, eh? 😉

Oh gosh, I would LOVE that. We'd have to cook up a really compelling reason for me to fly that far across the world, but I'm very open to it! Email me at hello@jessserrante if you're interested in connecting about it. I've been appreciating your offerings here, so it could also just be fun to connect regardless.

So grateful for the post and your wisdom. We really do need to remind ourselves to slow down and listen, especially in the midst of chaos and loss.

Love, always
